Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial specialist to join our dynamic team. As a financial specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our daily financial operations
  • Daily use of Stripe for billing and dispute answering
  • Daily use of Quickbooks
  • Manage vendors, invoices, payments
  • Work in close cooperation with our financial service providers, CPA and core team to address any financial issues, minimizing any delays
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
