Financial Specialist for AI SaaS

AIPRM, Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting.
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports.
  • Monitor and file returns for indirect taxes.
  • Work in close coordination with our CPA and core team to maintain tax compliance and address any financial issues.
  • Provide written support and guidance to our team, upholding high standards of communication in native-like English.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior role in accounting.
  • Strong familiarity with international and US indirect tax laws.
  • CPA ideal, but not required.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Stripe, TaxJar and Vertex.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Mature candidates with a robust background in finance and tax compliance will be given preference.
