Senior Support Worker for Children

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with emotional and behavioral difficulties in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
  • Experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
