Senior Support Worker for Children - Team Leader Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team as a Team Leader for our children's residential service in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of our young people
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. social work, youth work, etc.)
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of support workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
