Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Lead - Investment Risk Expert to play a key role in embedding business controls and driving our continued development. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in ensuring that our operations are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.

You will work closely with the Head – Investment Compliance & Risk to implement effective risk management strategies and ensure that our business remains ahead of the curve in terms of regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Math's, with a minimum 2:1 classification
  • 3-4 years of regulatory experience or technology experience
  • Excellent client servicing and relationship management skills
  • A masters degree or further studies in asset management fields
  • Working knowledge of UCITS Investment Compliance or data analytics
  • Project management experience
  • Strong experience of coding and testing investment guidelines
