Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Join YourPrime, a leading supply chain technology vendor, as a Technical Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support for all software solutions delivered by our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement technical changes and manage deployments
  • Participate in on-call support rota (24/7 cover, overtime pay applicable)
  • Support SDMs & Account Manager with reporting and reactive customer support

Technical Requirements:

  • Proprietary suite (Athena, Chronos, Medea, OlympusFMD), Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence), Postman, Cloud Mobility Services (MCL / SOTI), VoiceConsole, Azure, SSMS, Service Tonic, MS Teams
  • Administration, Metrics and Resource Monitoring, Alerting, Scaling Resources

Database Management:

  • Advanced SQL Queries, Database Administration, Stored Procedures, SQL Server Profiler, Indexing, Data Analysis

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • UAT/QA Testing, Regression Testing, Post-Deployment Testing

Server Maintenance:

  • Maintenance (Performance & Storage), PowerShell, SFTP/FTP, Windows Services, Windows Task Scheduler, Log Analysis

Requirements:

  • Support the Testing Team as needed

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + £5,000 - £8,000 Bonus
  • Hybrid 2 days a week in Maidenhead
