YourPrime is seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert-level support for our proprietary software solutions, including Athena, Chronos, Medea, OlympusFMD, and Atlassian Suite. Your responsibilities will include implementing technical changes, managing deployments, and participating in on-call support rotations. You will also work closely with our Sales Development Managers and Account Managers to provide reactive customer support and assist with reporting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, including databases, testing, and server administration. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support for our software solutions
* Implement technical changes and manage deployments
* Participate in on-call support rotations
* Work closely with Sales Development Managers and Account Managers
* Assist with reporting and reactive customer support

**Technical Requirements:**

* Advanced SQL queries and database administration
* Testing, including UAT/QA testing and regression testing
* Server administration, including maintenance and scaling resources
* Experience with Atlassian Suite, Postman, Cloud Mobility Services, and Azure
