About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams and patients by effectively managing availability for consultations, assessments, treatments, and theatre sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on booking capacity to the Patient Services Lead.
  • Identify and register new patients, manage referrals, and provide advice to patients regarding their appointments.
  • Keep in contact with patients on waiting lists to offer earlier or newly available appointments.
  • Prepare and issue detailed, up-to-date, and confirmed booking lists to related departments.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer focus skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a similar role or a telesales/call centre environment with a results-driven background.
