**Job Description:** Commercial Broking Manager

A well-established insurance brokerage in Cumbria is looking for a highly skilled Commercial Broking Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of the commercial team and working closely with panel insurers to achieve strategic goals.

You will be involved in placement work for technical and large commercial cases, meeting and providing technical advice to key commercial clients, and identifying process improvements to support overall revenue growth. You will also represent the brokerage at insurer events and industry functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial insurance professional to take on a new challenge. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, this company offers a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial insurance and experience in placement work and relationship management. They will also be able to work in Carlisle three times a week in a hybrid capacity.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
