About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Nursing Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for supporting the performance of each care home, ensuring that it performs to the highest clinical standards.

You will be expected to review the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analysing the results and identifying practical strategies to improve the care we deliver. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering high-quality care make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the continuous improvement of clinical governance and quality of care
  • Support the performance of each care home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards
  • Review clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement practical strategies to improve care delivery

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
