Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie to work closely with our Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh local seasonal ingredients. Our commitment to serving excellent food has led us to aim for 2 Rosettes, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for consistently delivering great food standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a similar environment. A strong understanding of kitchen management, including menu planning, stock control, and staff supervision, is essential. You should also possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, living in the Sleaford, Heckington, Ancaster, Grantham, or Boston area with your own transport would be advantageous.

Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience, plus tips approximately £2000-£3000 per annum. Meals on duty are also included.
