About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre as a Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to our residents with their daily activities, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care, including washing and dressing
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
