About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre as a Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our residents with their daily activities, such as assisting with washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meal choices.
  • Be a friend who our residents can rely on to champion their dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, and keep accurate records.
  • Work in a team, be kind, and build strong relationships with our residents, their relatives, and team members.
