About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Representative. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our intermediary clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to intermediary clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Platform Administration: Assist with the administration of our platform, including processing ISA subscriptions and payment instructions in line with HMRC and 7IM policies.
  • Workflow Planning: Plan and organize workflow with the Platform Relationship Manager and Regional teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Data Management: Input, manipulate, and maintain data on the 7IM platform and client relationship management systems.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate, improve, and streamline processes and procedures for servicing platform business, suggesting realistic and appropriate improvements to the 7IM systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent telephone manner, including the ability to actively listen to, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and rapport with wealth managers, rapidly establishing a high level of trust.
  • Planning and Organizing: Possess planning and organizing skills to maximize the efficiency of operation and service, including prioritizing appropriately.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain the highest levels of service, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Systems Learning: Rapidly understand and use appropriate systems, including accurate inputting of detailed data across several different screens and software packages.
  • Numeracy Skills: Understand, process, and check a range of data.
  • Flexibility and Innovation: Handle and support changing (and sometimes conflicting) needs and demands, continually improving working practices.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant Financial Services Qualifications: Relevant Financial Services qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the UK Platform Market: Knowledge of the UK platform market, including the regulatory environment.
  • Platform Administration Experience: Experience of retail investments and investment management (including operational knowledge) would be advantageous.
