Job Title: Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team at Seven Investment Management LLP. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our intermediary clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality support to intermediary clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our Platform Relationship Managers and Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our intermediary clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve client service and efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Relevant qualifications in financial services, such as the Certificate in Financial Planning or the Diploma in Financial Planning.
