Client Services Representative

UniQ Studios is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our studio operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate studio operations, including setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the preparation of photo shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and client coordination.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and client engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including print, web, and video content.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the creative or photography industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
