Nursery Early Years Childcare Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of childcare and early education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the nursery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and early education.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
- Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community, promoting the nursery's values and services.
- Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development, providing training and opportunities for professional growth and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early years qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Skills: Proven track record of driving success, excellent leadership and management skills, and a passion for early childhood education.
