Position Overview

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • A dedication to providing outstanding childcare and early education.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team towards achieving excellence in childcare.
  • Quality Enhancement: Assess and improve educational programs and operational practices.
  • Compliance Assurance: Maintain adherence to all regulatory standards and ensure a safe environment for children.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage financial resources and budgeting.
  • Community Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
  • Staff Development: Promote ongoing professional growth within your team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
