Christopher Robin Day Nurseries is a well-established group of five full day care settings in Surrey, dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for both our teams and the children in our care.
Our nurseries offer small, home room bases where children can explore and learn in a fun-filled way. We are committed to fostering a love of learning through play-based activities that encourage creativity, social development, and individual growth.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education experiences, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.
- Collaborate effectively with a qualified staff team to run and develop our nursery, contributing to a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and supportive community within the nursery.
- Plan and implement engaging play-based learning activities that align with child development principles and promote holistic growth.
- Celebrate children's learning and development milestones, recognizing their achievements and fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years & Childcare with one year of experience working in a day care setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
- Proven experience working with children under 5 years old. Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus.
