About Christopher Robin Day Nurseries
We are a well-established group of five full day care settings in Surrey, dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for both our teams and the children in our care. Our nurseries offer small, home room bases where children can explore and learn in a fun-filled way.
Our Mission
We strive to create a stimulating and engaging learning experience for every child, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Our qualified staff team is committed to working collaboratively with families to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
The Role: Early Years Practitioner Level 3
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education experiences, implementing play-based learning activities aligned with child development principles.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of experienced educators to run and develop the nursery environment, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and supportive community within the nursery.
- Celebrate children's learning and development milestones, providing regular feedback to parents on their child's progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years & Childcare with one year of recent experience in a day care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
