About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our nursery and delivering high-quality childcare and early education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
- Oversee the budget and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education to our children.
Requirements:
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
