Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Community Worker to join our team at Rae House, Muir of Fowlis, Alford AB33 8NU. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

As a Therapeutic Community Worker, you will be responsible for supporting residents in achieving their recovery goals, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches and interventions. Your expertise in working with vulnerable adults, combined with your passion for supporting those affected by addiction, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

About You

To succeed as a Therapeutic Community Worker, you should possess:

  • An understanding of the complex issues presented by individuals within drug and alcohol recovery
  • An ability to be innovative and flexible to meet the needs of the service
  • Knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding policies

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £24,250 - £28,000 per year, with opportunities for annual increments subject to performance. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including:
