Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Melbreck Technical Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in the Midlands area and North Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face customer visits to maintain ongoing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Acquire and develop new customers through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Curate, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build a knowledge base of the industry, with a focus on quarrying and processing, to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Generate sales that offer potential continuous relationships and ensure the most effective product solutions are provided to customers.
  • Measure up on-site for the supply of materials and manage customer data to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Diary management and follow up on quotes provided and materials supplied to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • General customer liaison and gathering of feedback to improve sales and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer relationship management experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills in MS Office, Outlook, and Mobile technology.
  • Full, clean driving license and ability to travel regularly.
