Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the retail sector, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
What We Offer
NRS Healthcare offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, an attractive commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a car allowance, phone, and laptop. We also provide full product training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a retail or healthcare environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Strong knowledge of the retail sector and healthcare industry
