CV-Library's Hertfordshire-based client is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Theatre Healthcare Support Assistant. This critical position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Position:

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be working closely with experienced healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses in assessing patient needs and participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care Support: Collaborate with registered nurses to assess patient needs and participate without supervision in delivering exceptional patient care.
  2. Clinical Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the safe use and maintenance of equipment used within the clinic, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
  3. Previous Experience: Essential experience as a Theatre Healthcare Assistant in either an NHS or private hospital setting.
  4. No Sponsorship Required: Please note that this position does not require sponsorship as the employer cannot offer this.
