  • Support residents with their daily needs, such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure high-quality care

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
  • The right to live and work in the UK
