We are seeking a dedicated Graduate to join our team, who has a strong understanding of SEN and psychology principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote student learning and well-being
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package

Requirements:

  • Qualification in psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
