Job Title: Employer Engagement Adviser

Job Summary:

LSE Careers is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and truly inclusive university community. We are seeking an Employer Engagement Adviser to join our team and support our students and recent alumni in all aspects of their career planning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver employer-related events and services to enhance student skills development and maximize the range of opportunities provided to students and alumni.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote our services and develop new opportunities for our students and alumni.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the academic curriculum and meet the diverse needs of one of the leading social science institutions in the world.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote our employer services and develop new initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our employer engagement activities and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Highly articulate and proactive with strong relationship management skills.
  • Motivated about designing, developing, and delivering employer-related events and services.
  • Adaptable working style and ability to promote our employer services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
