At Lynx Therapeutics, we are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products and services to physicians and medical personnel within assigned geography.

The ideal candidate will have some sales experience or sales abilities, strong communication skills, and be proactive with a can-do approach. The estimated salary for this position is $**90,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively promote and educate physicians on the use of our pharmaceutical products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
  2. Work during the day in the field each week, as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, report generation, etc.
  3. Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity, meeting Call Plan expectations and achieving territory product sales goals.
  4. Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.
  5. Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs/initiatives as identified by Sales Management.
  6. Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and co-promotion alliance partners.
  7. Ensure optimum territory sales strategy execution using annual territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reports.
