About the Role

NFU Mutual is seeking a skilled Risk Pricing Manager to lead our commercial lines team. As a key member of our Pricing function, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing innovative risk pricing methods that drive our competitive edge in the commercial insurance market.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Street Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Finance, Capital Modelling, and Propositions. This collaborative approach will enable you to leverage diverse expertise and perspectives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in General Insurance pricing, experience in setting and maintaining technical prices for insurance products, and excellent presentation and communication skills. You will also possess strong influencing skills, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and persuasively articulate arguments.
