About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Pricing Manager to lead our commercial lines team, responsible for developing and implementing innovative risk pricing methods that drive our competitive edge in the commercial insurance market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical pricing models for commercial insurance products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Work closely with Street Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Finance, Capital Modelling, and Propositions teams
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in General Insurance pricing, experience in setting and maintaining technical prices for insurance products, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

You will possess:

  • Strong technical knowledge of General Insurance pricing
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
