About the Role

NFU Mutual is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pricing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing function, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing innovative risk pricing methods that drive our competitive edge in the commercial insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical pricing models for commercial insurance products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing strategies
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Risk Pricing team, empowering them to realize their full potential
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Finance, Capital Modelling, and Propositions teams to leverage diverse expertise and perspectives

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in General Insurance pricing, experience in setting and maintaining technical prices for insurance products, and excellent presentation and communication skills. You will possess the ability to navigate complex scenarios, make informed decisions, and drive organizational objectives forward.
