Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support services to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support services to adults with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective team management and coaching.
  • Provide support and guidance to Support Workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent).
