About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide person-centered care and support, promoting independence and dignity for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the team
