We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in York. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality neurological rehabilitation to adults with complex needs.
Main DutiesAs a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of difficulties. You will also complete assessments and clinical formulations of patients' problem behaviours and treatment needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programmes.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including Junior Doctors, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Neuropsychologists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Technicians, specialist Nurses, and Rehabilitation Assistants, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

What You'll HaveThe successful candidate will have a wide-ranging knowledge of specialist neuropsychological assessment and the treatment of adults presenting with complex, acquired neurological disorders. You will have extensive experience in delivering individual therapy and helping non-psychology team members work with people who have experienced an acquired brain injury, coupled with good team and leadership skills.
