About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Trading Manager to join our team and drive sales performance in our online department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating section managers to deliver high standards across the department.

Main tasks include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching team members to achieve best practice, and developing further retail opportunities. You will also work closely with other leaders to drive sales and improve overall department performance.

A key aspect of this role is working a three-week rolling rota, which includes weekends, evenings, and sometimes late nights. You will be confident in overseeing store operations as a whole at times, requiring strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.

Your Package

You will receive a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 10% off ASDA shopping, incentive schemes, pension scheme, bonus scheme, and discounts on various services and activities.
