Service Delivery Specialist

The Service Coordinator is a key member of the Senseco Systems Limited team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients within the Fire and Security System Industry.
This role involves responding to service requests, setting up new and renewed service and maintenance contracts, and ensuring all necessary information is obtained to enable prompt and accurate contract renewal and setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure their service needs are met.
- Coordinate the setup and renewal of service and maintenance contracts, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and contracts are executed efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to resolve their service needs.
- Liaise with the internal team and external customers to ensure seamless contract renewals, equipment setup, and any contract changes are allowed for.
- Assist with supplier invoice queries and sign off for the Service department when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and engineers to book planned maintenance and remedial works, and ensure delivery of works within KPI deadlines.
- Provide Risk Assessment and Method Statements for planned maintenance works.
- Address all emergency call-outs within stated KPIs.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients, including attending site meetings to build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold a positive reputation of Senseco.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and provide general administrative support as required.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly, including Worksheets and Purchase Orders, in adherence to the company's ISO procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good written, oral, and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work as a team member.
- Able to understand matters of a financial nature, including budgeting.
- Able and willing to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry.
