Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at French Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and merchants across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and merchants to maximize business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and investigate new business opportunities in the region
- Self-manage daily activities and appointments to ensure effective time management
- Maintain a high level of market awareness to stay ahead of competitors
- Promote products and attend exhibitions and seminars to build brand awareness
- Act as a technical expert for customer queries and provide expert advice
- Travel extensively across Europe to support trade shows and customer meetings
- Train sales staff at distribution outlets and maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with head office, catalogue managers, and marketing managers to ensure alignment and consistency
- Update or provide new point-of-sale materials to support sales efforts
- Educate clients and building specifiers about products to increase sales
- Fluent in German to business level (written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in French is advantageous
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Previous experience working with technical products with various applications
- Customer-focused attitude and great personality
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe
- Reporting to the Divisional Director, providing regular intelligence reports
We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus, as well as the opportunity to work with a leading UK-based consultancy specializing in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business.
