We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Specialist to join our healthcare IT team. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of clinical systems, including TPP Systm One, EMIS Web, PACS, ERS, IEP, and other relevant clinical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the commissioning and decommissioning of service contracts related to clinical systems.
- Provide advanced support to the Service Desk by handling escalated tickets related to clinical systems.
- Collaborate with IT Administrators during peak periods to answer calls and address urgent issues.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the integration and alignment of clinical systems with broader IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical systems such as TPP Systm One, EMIS Web, PACS, ERS, IEP, and other relevant healthcare products.
