ERP Integration Specialist

At Boston Hale, we're seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system. This critical role involves integrating various specialist systems to streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a Change and Communications Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee the integration of other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Monitor programme and project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
- Outstanding Change and Comms experience, with a willingness to take on this remit.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
Bristol, with a requirement to be on-site for approximately 3 days per week.
