At Boston Hale, we're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead our ERP integration efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a detailed programme plan, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed programme plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
  • Oversee the integration of other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor programme and project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Location: You'll be based near Bristol, working on-site approximately 3 days a week, depending on business requirements.
