Monitor programme and project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration. Outstanding Change and Comms experience, and a willingness to take on this remit. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Location:
