About the Role:

Crest Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Programme Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing build programmes and key KPIs across multiple sites in East Wales, Monmouthshire, and Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from a health and safety perspective and work to industry-leading standards.
  • Manage build programmes and key KPIs across multiple sites, prioritizing tasks to meet changing business needs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and team leadership skills to deliver a variety of messages in a constructive manner.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of monthly plot forecasts by managing a wide range of contractors and trades.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and housebuilding, including health and safety, NHBC requirements, and Building Regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer issues and confirming company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid and up-to-date CSCS card.
  • Previous qualifications such as a BTEC, NVQ 6/7 in Site Management or an HND or degree or equivalent would be desirable.
