About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Manager to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products from start to finish, working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with our Range and Buying teams to select products that meet our quality standards
  • Coach and instruct our quality team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet our quality standards
  • Work with our Head of Quality to drive innovation and improvements in our quality processes
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for quality and customer satisfaction
