We are looking for a skilled Financial Services Support Professional to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd in Edinburgh.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in wealth management administration, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing review packs, conducting research, and liaising with third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships and process new business applications.
  2. Prepare review packs, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  3. Conduct research on investment products, providers, and industry regulations.
  4. Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate transactions and resolve queries or issues.
  5. Process client investment transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with effective task management and prioritisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
