Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

• To ensure that all menus are produced to the highest possible standard and reflect current trends, seasonal changes and service styles.

• To assist with the management of the food stock on-site to achieve the target gross profits, prevent losses and ensure all current legislation is adhered to.

• To support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in completing monthly food stock takes and report on deficiencies or surpluses.

• To possess excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

• To work closely with the Performance Chef to ensure that all systems and procedures in the Health & Safety and Food Safety Manuals are maintained at all times throughout the year.
