Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement menus that reflect current trends, seasonal changes, and service styles.
  • To manage food stock effectively, achieving target gross profits, preventing losses, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • To support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in completing monthly food stock takes and reporting on deficiencies or surpluses.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety Manuals.
