Pricing Strategy Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Development Manager to join our team at DeepL GmbH. As a key member of our pricing strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in market and customer research, including packaging and pricing methodologies such as Conjoint, MaxDiff, and Van Westendorp. Experience in multi-product organizations launching new or redesigning existing products is also essential. A strong collaborative mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with and influence different levels of management.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as diverse and internationally distributed teams, open communication, regular feedback, hybrid work, flexible hours, monthly full-day hacking sessions, and 30 days of annual leave.
About the role:
- Design pricing and packaging strategies utilizing a data-first approach
- Lead qualitative and quantitative studies to improve pricing and packaging strategies
- Transform data into insights and actionable items
- Partner with product, product marketing, and sales teams to identify and prioritize products, features, and initiatives
