We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to fill our Childcare Assistant roles in BANBURY.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-16:00
Salary: £24,134 per annum
About the Job:As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young students. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, assisting with lesson planning, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children in daily routines, including meal and nap times.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and provide a safe and supportive environment for children.
