Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our client's elite engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, install, and troubleshoot a variety of equipment.
  • Support all stages of machine builds, refurbishments, and new installations.
  • Provide excellent training and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive callout, installation, and training reports.
Requirements:
  • Skilled technician with experience in electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
  • Versatile knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Professional presence with confidence, professionalism, and strong presentation skills.
  • Travel enthusiast with a willingness to travel for servicing, callouts, and installations.
  • Workshop pro with the ability to contribute to machine refurbishments in our workshop.
Perks and Benefits:
  • Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)
  • Hit the road with a fully kitted out van.
  • Death in service policy (4x salary).
  • 22 days annual leave plus a Christmas closure to recharge and celebrate.
